Follow these 3 Steps to Launch Tripkicks:

Add Extension

Add the Tripkicks Extension for Google Chrome.
Proceed to the next step.

Enter Email

Go to Concur Travel and enter your work email address in the new Tripkicks banner.
Proceed to the next step.

Activate Tripkicks

Click the activation link in the Tripkicks activation email, to open in Google Chrome

Frequently Asked Questions

Refresh Concur and see if the banner appears.  You can also try a search in Concur, and see if the banner loads with the the results.  If you still do not see the banner, contact us us at support@tripkicks.com.  Note that when the extension is installed, you will see the Tripkicks icon listed in the browser, like below:

Please allow up to 3 minutes for the email, and check your spam folders in case it was accidently routed there.  The email is sent from support@notify.tripkicks.com .

If you cannot locate it, please contact us at support@tripkicks.com.

It is important that you open the link in Google Chrome.  If Chrome is not your default browser, please copy and paste the link into Chrome.

Additionally, for security purposes, the link can only be clicked once.  To request another link, return to the banner in Concur.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact us at support@tripkicks.com

Refresh Concur, and see if the banner disappears.  If that does not work, try a search in Concur to see if Tripkicks Insights load. 

Make sure that you opened the activation link in Google Chrome.  Note, if Chrome is not your default browser, you will need to copy and paste the link.  If needed, you can request a new activation code via through the banner.

When you search in Concur Travel, you should now see the Tripkicks Insights banner load with your search results.

Currently, Google Chrome is supported.  As support for new browsers becomes available we will let your organization know.  

If the Google Chrome Store and the Tripkicks extension is currently blocked by your Admin, you will see the following screen when you try to Add:

Go here to get the latest version of the Google Chrome browser.

Follow these steps to set it as a default browser.

If you need to remove Tripkicks, simply right-click on the Tripkicks extension icon, and select “Remove from Chrome”.  If you do not see the Tripkicks icon, click the Chrome extensions “puzzle” icon on the top right of your browser.
